Depa ni my colleagues. Nazrul left to further studies in Japan. Bryan plak transfer to our office in Singapore. Nway, good luck to them!!!

Last weekend, we went to PD. Stayed 1 nite in Corus Hotel and the other nite in Guoman Hotel. Initially we booked 2 nites in Corus, but seemed like there's nothing much to do over there, we decided to move to Guoman the nx day on Saturday. Although, it's more expensive in Guoman, it's worth...At least we could enjoy the real beach rather than the man-made ones in Corus. We even decided to check-out late!!! Hehe...
Took a few pictures for sharing...Do enjoy!

daging korban masak stew...
|

hari ni mc. flu, batuk2...so, stay at home ajer. boring plak...suddenly teringat daging korban MIL bagi. apa lagi....masak la dgn bahan2 yg ader...hehe....
boleh thn ok mkn ng roti...
resepinyer:
1. daging
2. 1 biji kentang
3. 1 btg lobak
4. 4-5 biji bwg merah, dihiris
5. 2 biji bunga cengkih
6. 1 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
7. 1 sudu besar kicap (ni saya campur kicap pekat dah cair)
8. sedikit garam
9. minyak utk tumis
daging dipotong kecil2...gaulkan dgn kicap, garam dan serbuk lada hitam. lepas tu panaskan minyak, tumis bawang sampai kuning dan masukkan daging tadi...masak la...masukkan air, bunga cengkih kasi wangi...biarkan sampai empuk...lepas tu masukkan ubi kentang dan lobak. masak sampai empuk...kalau kuah terlalu cair, boleh campurkan bancuhan tepung so dia pekat...lepas tu rasa la sedap ker tak...tambah apa2 yg patut dah angkat...makan...

ni la akibat dia kalau start open burning time musim2 panas ni. abis 1 workshop terbakar including one of the car under repair. we got to watch the event from our balcony (14th floor) which was facing the area of fire.

hari ni hari ahad...boring sikit  . so takde keja, amik gambar apa yg saya masak for today...
menu simple...nasi daging, sayur, air asam...orange tu saja2 jer letak...beli kat pasar mlm semlm...kaler dia orange gilaaaa!!!

sarah & yazed's housewarming event...

got invited to sarah n yazed's housewarming...the place was somewhere in ampang. the food was really nice...tuan rumah masak sendiri ni!!! lepak2 there for about 2hrs...then hv to balik laaa...kesian tuan rumah. kekeke...plan nak tunggu the rest of the geng sampai - sakinah n nomie tp since diorang mcm lambat jer, kitaorang yg ada (zita, wanro, jearp, hubby n me) had to go first...dunno what time nani n family balik...
nway, thx to sarah n yazed n rizq n the rest of the family...again, nice food...n nice house too...
